December 2022 - Gratitude

 

Hello North Star families! For the month of December our mental health focus is gratitude. At North Star Elementary that means helping others who are in need, sharing positivity, and focusing on the good in our lives. We have a few special kindness elves who are encouraging the students to show random acts of kindness each day.

Below is a link for you to create your own Gratitude Journal. Journaling is a great way to reflect on all of the positive things in your life that you are thankful for.
